How much does a repair cost?
Labor is a flat rate per appliance, quoted before we come out. It covers diagnosis, fitting the part, the return trip if one is needed, and testing. Parts and tax are additional and quoted separately. Call or text 918-359-6686 for the figure.
Do you charge for the quote?
No. Quoting the labor over the phone is free. Tell us the appliance, the symptom and ideally the model number.
What brands do you work on?
All major appliance brands, in and out of warranty. Call with your model number and we will confirm.
How soon can you come out?
It depends on your area and the week. We give you the soonest real availability when you call — not an optimistic guess.
What does the 30-day guarantee cover?
Our labor. If the same fault returns within 30 days of the repair, we come back out for it. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty.
Do I need to be home?
Someone 18 or older needs to be there for the arrival window so we can access the appliance and go over what we found.
What if it needs a part you do not have?
We order it and schedule the return trip, which is already included in the flat labor rate — it does not add to your cost.
Can I supply my own part?
We do not install parts bought elsewhere, for warranty and liability reasons. If you want to DIY, we will sell you the correct part — see our Parts page.
Do you service water heaters, furnaces or air conditioning?
No. We stay with major household kitchen and laundry appliances. We do not service water heaters, furnaces, air conditioners or mini-splits.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes, and often it is faster. Text 918-359-6686 — a photo of the model plate plus a line about the symptom is the ideal first message.
